How Pre-Orders Work at TSL

Pre-order means that you pay for your item up-front, and expect delivery at a later date. This will secure your size, as sometimes our stock will sell out before it lands. 

Pre-Order is available for SA customers & International Customers.

 

ONLINE PRE-ORDERS:

If placing your pre-order online, your order will have had a note with an ETA on it - this is the estimated time of delivery for the shipment to be delivered to you. Please note that there can be further delays on occasion, due to shipping delays, or customs clearance delays at the airport/port.

Once we receive the shipment at our shop (in Cape Town), we will unpack and sort the shipment which will take one or two working days. We will then prepare your order for shipping and ship within a few days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

You are welcome to call 073 193 7670 between 9-5pm on weekdays to get an update on your order :)

 

IN-STORE PRE-ORDERS:

If placing your pre-order in-store, one of our TSL team would have given you the estimated time of arrival. Please note that there can be further delays on occasion, due to shipping delays, or customs clearance delays at the airport/port.

Once we receive the shipment at our shop (in Cape Town), we will unpack and sort the shipment which will take one or two working days. We will then prepare your order for collection and we will send an email or WhatsApp as soon as it is ready for collection. 

If you placed the pre-order in-store & opted for shipping, we will then prepare your order for shipping and ship within a few days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times After Dispatch from Cape Town:

Delivery in Cape Town: +- same day or 1 day

Delivery in Western Cape: +-1 day

Delivery outside of the Western Cape to major cities:+- 2-3 working days

Delivery outside of the Western Cape to rural areas: +-4-5 working days

Please contact us directly for a quote on URGENT delivery - we do offer Next-Day delivery and our orders almost always dispatch same-day.

Lesotho - R700 (delivery in +- 2 working days)

Swaziland - R700 (delivery in +- 2 working days)

Mauritius - R700 (delivery in +- 3 working days)

Botswana - R800 (delivery in +- 3 working days)

Namibia - R800 (delivery in +- 3 working days)

USA & Canada - R1,500 (delivery in +- 4 working days)

UK & Europe - R1,300 (delivery in +- 4 working days)

Australia - R1,400 (delivery in +- 4 working days)
