Pre-order means that you pay for your item up-front, and expect delivery at a later date.

ONLINE PRE-ORDERS:

If placing your pre-order online, your order will have had a note with an ETA on it - this is the estimated time of delivery for the shipment to be delivered to you. Please note that there can be further delays on occasion, due to shipping delays, or customs clearance delays at the airport/port.

Once we receive the shipment at our shop (in Cape Town), we will unpack and sort the shipment which will take one or two working days. We will then prepare your order for shipping, and ship within a few days. You will receive a tracking number with an email saying when your order has been shipped. Couriers used: The Courier Guy, or Fastway.

IN-STORE PRE-ORDERS:

If placing your pre-order in-store, Jessamie or Jessica would have given you the estimated time of arrival. Please note that there can be further delays on occasion, due to shipping delays, or customs clearance delays at the airport/port.

Once we receive the shipment at our shop (in Cape Town), we will unpack and sort the shipment which will take one or two working days. We will then prepare your order for collection and give you a call as soon as it is ready.

Delivery in Western Cape: +-1 day

Delivery in Cape Town: +- same day or 1 day

Delivery to rural areas: +-4-5 working days
