Could not recommend them more. My fiance and I were looking for docs for our wedding, and That Shoe Lady were phenomenal. From helping me pre-order my pair, to keeping a size 9 and 11 aside, for in case the size 10 didn't fit my fiance. Fantastic service all around.

Ordered a pair of Dr Martens online and was contacted by That Shoe Lady to inform me that that particular shoe sizing ran a bit on the big side and gave recommended an alternative size.
